2022 Eastern Father/Son Service Camp Southern Area – Pennsylvania

We are launching a Father and Son Service Camp at Strath an De’ Farm (Scottish Gaelic for “God’s Valley”) (strathande.com) belonging to Jim and Barbara Butler in Waynesburg, PA, April 21-24. Camp starts with supper at 1830 hours on Thursday and ends with lunch on Sunday.
Our desire is to make this an annual event and are therefore looking for a strong attendance. The focus of our fellowship will be putting relationships first and properly valuing the women whom God has placed in our lives.
Our time together will be filled with listening to the Holy Spirit, PT, Jodie runs, prayer, formations, group devotions, father and son debriefing, skill development, team building activities, meaningful meals with testimonies, room inspections, marching drill, campfires, blacksmithing and a service project.
LTC’s to Sergeants will have a great opportunity to develop and use their leadership skills as they are given much of the responsibility for directing the activities that occupy the fathers and sons throughout each day.
We will be tenting but with hot showers, and all mealtime food will be supplied. Note that the packing list will require neither a multi-day backpack nor any special uniform or equipment purchases.
