Outline an entire Handbook, or at least each phase, ahead of time in order to visualize what needs to be scheduled within your established time frame.
When there are sons in different phases, schedule them to begin and complete their phases at the same time.
Don’t plan to be in a phase while away from home.
Block time on a weekly calendar to pace out the requirements of the phase.
Make keeping to your pre-determined schedule a priority and build in a buffer for unexpected circumstances.
Take a break between phases.
When beginning a phase, be intentional about meeting your timeline, whether six weeks or another period of time defined in advance.
Use older sons to keep younger sons on track.
Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape.
