Personal Excellence Ribbon

To qualify, an ALERT Cadet father or son must:

a) demonstrate the qualities of discernment, honor, obedience, honesty, neatness and gratefulness

b) complete thehandbook within a 12-month period

c) earn the Good Conduct ribbon for each phase of the handbook

d) earn the Journal ribbon for the year in which the handbook was completed

e) earn the Swordsman Award for the handbook
